Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Mumbai. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines, manage financial transactions, and implement strategies to achieve business targets. Responsibilities include leading a team, driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the smooth execution of Forex services offered by the branch. The role also involves monitoring operational efficiency, preparing reports, and maintaining excellent service standards to meet customer satisfaction.

- Experience in team management, leadership, and staff development
- Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and achieving business targets
- Knowledge of foreign exchange operations and compliance regulations
- Strong customer service, relationship management, and communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure operational efficiency
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic financial environment
- Prior experience in the Forex or financial services sector is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
