Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager role based in Mumbai. The Branch Manager oversees daily branch operations, including sales activities, customer service, and coordination of logistics. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring the branch team, setting and monitoring performance targets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The role also involves developing local business opportunities, maintaining relationships with key clients, managing inventory and billing, and preparing regular reports on branch performance for senior management. The Branch Manager is expected to drive operational efficiency, uphold service standards, and contribute to the branch’s profitability and growth.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience supervising and developing branch or sales teams.
- Proven abilities in sales, business development, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred; relevant work experience in lieu of formal education will be considered.
- Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and maintain high ethical and professional standards.
