Role & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the branch sales team to achieve business targets for Micro LAP.
- Ensure effective lead management, follow-ups, and conversion of prospects into disbursals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and key stakeholders to ensure consistent business growth.
- Monitor branch operations, including credit quality, TAT adherence, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and develop local business opportunities, cross-sell banking products, and enhance branch profitability.
- Coordinate with the credit and operations team for smooth loan processing and timely disbursal.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong understanding of mortgage products preferred Micro LAP.
- Good market intelligence and local area knowledge.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet business targets.
Excellent sales, leadership, and team management skills.
