Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager, based in Coimbatore. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, ensure efficient workflow, and drive sales performance to achieve business objectives. Key responsibilities include managing a team, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining stock levels, developing strategies for market growth, and adhering to compliance and operational standards. The role also entails building and nurturing relationships with clients and stakeholders while ensuring high productivity and morale within the team.
Qualifications
Preferred from Mattress of furniture Industry
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
- Sales and marketing expertise, with the ability to develop and implement effective growth strategies
- Excellent customer relationship management and client service skills
- Proficiency in inventory and operations management
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop market-specific strategies to drive local business growth
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in retail or branch management, particularly in the mattress or home furnishing industry, is an advantage
