We're Hiring | Branch Manager
C J Smart India Private Limited is looking for an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead the sales and operations of our exclusive showroom in Ernakulam, Kerala. If you have a proven track record in showroom sales, retail operations, and team leadership, we'd love to hear from you.
Position Details
Position: Branch Manager
Industry: Consumer Electronics
Location: Ernakulam, Kerala
Experience: 3–5 Years
Compensation
Fixed Salary: ₹40,000 per month
Performance-Based Incentive: Up to ₹20,000 per month, based on the achievement of monthly sales and business performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring smooth and efficient business performance.
• Drive sales growth and consistently achieve monthly sales and business targets.
• Lead, train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize productivity and performance.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maximizing walk-in conversions and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure effective inventory management, cash handling, showroom presentation, and adherence to company standards.
• Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly operational and sales reports.
Candidate Profile
• 3–5 years of experience in a retail leadership role, preferably in the consumer electronics industry.
• Strong leadership, sales, and team management skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
• Knowledge of Smart TVs, Google TVs, and other consumer electronics products will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, customer relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
