Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Kochi. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving business growth objectives. Daily tasks include supervising financial and administrative functions, implementing business strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures. The role requires leadership and problem-solving skills to effectively manage and address operational challenges.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in team leadership, staff management, and decision-making
- Strong financial acumen including budgeting, planning, and reporting
- Experience in operations management and compliance monitoring
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement efficient strategies to drive business growth
- Proficient in problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field
- Previous experience in managing cooperative societies or infrastructure projects is a plus
