Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager, located in Ahmedabad. The Branch Manager will oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensure excellent customer service, manage and support the branch team, and drive initiatives to meet and exceed sales and operational goals. Responsibilities also include managing budgets, evaluating financial reports, ensuring compliance with company standards, and coordinating with other branches and head office as needed. Leadership and strategic planning will be integral to success in this role.

- Strong organizational and operational management skills, including budgeting and resource allocation.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and departments.
- Proven experience in branch or operations management is a plus.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad.
