Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Hyderabad. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, achieving business targets, managing customer relationships, and ensuring regulatory compliance. They will lead a team, drive sales growth, handle customer queries, monitor loan disbursement processes, and implement business plans to enhance operational efficiency. The role also involves market analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and team performance management.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and team management skills to effectively guide and motivate branch staff
- Experience in sales strategy, business development, and customer acquisition
- Proficiency in operational oversight, banking, and financial services, with a focus on housing finance
- Strong customer service and relationship management abilities
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
- Knowledge of loan processing, regulatory compliance, and market dynamics in the housing finance sector
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Proficiency in using financial and CRM software is a plus
