Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Branch Manager located in Dwarka. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, develop and implement strategies to meet business goals, and ensure efficient performance of logistics services. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining strong customer relationships, coordinating with stakeholders, monitoring budgets, and tracking operational metrics to enhance productivity. The Branch Manager will also identify opportunities for business development and uphold the company’s standard of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills for supervising and motivating staff, resolving conflicts, and driving team performance.
- Operational proficiency in logistics, supply chain management, and workflow optimization to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Budget management, financial planning, and problem-solving capabilities to achieve business targets and address challenges effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for fostering customer relationships and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset and strategic planning skills to identify new business opportunities and ensure continuous operational improvement.
- Proficiency in logistics software and tools, as well as MS Office Suite, for operational documentation and reporting purposes.
- Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
