Job Summary
The Branch Manager will be responsible for driving sales, distribution, and market expansion for kitchen chimneys and hobs within the assigned territory. The role involves managing dealer/distributor networks, leading the sales team, and ensuring achievement of revenue targets while maintaining strong brand presence in the consumer durable segment
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Develop and execute strategies to increase market share
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Channel Management
- Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and retail partners
- Build strong relationships with kitchen studios and appliance stores
- Ensure product availability and visibility
Team Management
- Lead and motivate Sales Executives and Promoters
- Set targets and monitor team performance
- Conduct field visits and reviews
Market Development
- Identify new markets and expansion opportunities
- Increase retail footprint and distribution reach
- Coordinate local promotions and branding activities
Customer & Partner Engagement
- Maintain relationships with key dealers and clients
- Handle escalations related to sales and supply
Operations & Inventory
- Ensure stock availability and proper inventory management
- Coordinate with logistics for timely deliveries
Financial & Reporting
- Track branch profitability and collections
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
- 5–8 years in consumer durables / home appliances
- Experience in chimney, hob, or kitchen appliances preferred
- Strong dealer/distributor network
