Role Description
This is a full-time Branch Manager position for an on-site role based in Chennai. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations of the branch, manage a team of staff, and ensure achievement of business goals. Key responsibilities include driving sales and profitability, enhancing customer satisfaction, enforcing compliance regulations, and maintaining operational efficiency. The role also involves staff management, performance evaluations, and ensuring effective team collaboration.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills; experience supervising multi-functional teams
- Proven expertise in financial services, gold loans, and banking operations
- Ability to drive sales targets and implement effective business strategies
- Proficiency in customer relationship management and problem resolution
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards applicable to the NBFC sector
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services or gold loan sectors, is highly desirable
