Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager, located in Shahpura. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, manage loan disbursements, and ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies. Responsibilities include leading a team to achieve financial targets, maintaining customer relationships, evaluating loan applications, and overseeing credit approvals. The role also requires active involvement in community engagement to grow the branch's customer base and ensure excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
- Experience in financial services, specifically in managing loans such as Commercial Vehicle Loans, Car Loans, and MSME Loans
- Proficiency in analyzing and evaluating loan applications and creditworthiness
- Excellent communication, customer relationship, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of regulatory policies and compliance requirements in the financial sector
- Proven ability to meet financial targets and drive business growth
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, or a related field; advanced certifications or MBA is a plus
- Experience in branch management or a similar leadership role is preferred
