Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager based in Maharashtra, India. The Branch Manager will oversee the daily operations of the branch, lead a team, manage business growth, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include driving sales, developing and nurturing client relationships, managing loan disbursement and recovery, ensuring process compliance, and meeting performance goals. The role demands effective leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to manage resources efficiently to achieve operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Business Development and Sales skills, with experience in achieving and exceeding targets
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities, including training and motivating team members
- Knowledge of financial products, loan disbursement processes, and recovery management
- Analytical skills for performance tracking, business planning, and market assessment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in using technology for business operations, with attention to detail and compliance
- Background in finance, banking, or micro-lending is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
