Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager based in East Zone. The Branch Manager will oversee branch operations, manage a team to drive sales and growth, and implement customer-centric service strategies. Key responsibilities include achieving business targets, team performance management, ensuring regulatory compliance, and engaging with clients and partners to expand the branch's reach. Additionally, they will focus on maintaining operational efficiency and creating an environment of high productivity and professionalism.

- Proven experience in sales, business development, and customer relationship management.
- Understanding of the life insurance industry, including regulatory requirements and best practices.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Prior experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar leadership role in financial services is desirable.
