Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Branch Manager at AU Small Finance Bank. The Branch Manager will oversee branch operations, ensure efficient customer service, manage financial products and services, and lead a team to achieve business goals. Responsibilities include developing and implementing business strategies, managing branch staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and driving customer engagement to achieve operational and financial success.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of banking operations, compliance, and financial management
- Proficiency in communication, customer relationship management, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in sales, financial product promotion, and market analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is required; an MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage
- Proven track record in banking or financial services management
