Role Description
As a Branch Manager at atyati Technologies, you will oversee daily operations of the branch and lead the team to achieve business targets. Responsibilities include implementing financial and operational strategies, managing customer relationships, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and optimizing branch performance. You will play an integral role in credit and lending activities, including customer acquisition, service, and collections. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Yemmiganur, requiring strong leadership and communication skills to drive branch efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven management skills, including experience leading teams and implementing performance strategies.
- Proficiency in banking operations, credit, and lending processes, especially in managing Joint Liability Groups, agriculture, and MSME lending activities.
- Strong understanding of financial compliance and regulatory standards, with a focus on rural and urban financial inclusion initiatives.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills to effectively address customer and operational needs.
- Knowledge of technology-driven banking solutions and familiarity with platforms such as Ganaseva is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Yemmiganur and willingness to travel to support branch activities when necessary.
- Prior experience in a similar role or within the banking/financial services domain is preferred.
