Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager role based in Varanasi. The Branch Manager will oversee all daily operations of the branch, manage staff, ensure high-quality service delivery, and achieve financial and operational targets. Responsibilities include team supervision, customer relationship management, reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Leadership and management skills to supervise and guide team members effectively.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills.
- Problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic planning abilities.
- Proficiency with operational processes and compliance requirements, especially within the security industry.
- Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the security or service industry, is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Varanasi and adapt to branch-specific challenges.
