- Ensuring smooth operations and achieving the revenue & profitability targets of the Branch
- Client acquisition from own network/ open market along with margin collection as expected
- Generate revenue through Broking & Non Broking Products (LI, MF, FD, Bonds etc & focus product if any)
- Promote Focus Product of the month.
- Ensure individual and team performance as per norms.
- Recruit, induct, handhold, facilitate, motivate & retain Team Members
- Maintain & service the existing clientele
- Playing captain role i.e. have individual targets along with team targets
- Ensure compliance as per various regulator and organization guidelines
