Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our Hyderabad operations. The role is responsible for driving business growth, managing branch operations, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring successful project delivery across the South India construction market.
Key Responsibilities:
Branch Leadership & Strategy
- Lead and manage the overall operations of the Hyderabad branch.
- Develop and execute regional business strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Build and expand the company’s presence in the construction and infrastructure market in South India.
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and secure new opportunities with contractors, developers, and infrastructure companies.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Drive sales targets and revenue growth for formwork and structural solutions.
- Lead negotiations for contracts, commercial terms, and project agreements.
Project Execution & Customer Management
- Ensure efficient coordination between sales, engineering, logistics, and site teams.
- Oversee project planning, formwork supply, and site support to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Resolve client issues and maintain high levels of service and satisfaction.
Financial Management
- Manage branch budgets, P&L responsibility, including revenue targets, cost control, and profitability.
- Ensure effective utilization of formwork inventory and assets.
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop the branch team including sales, engineering, logistics, and support staff.
- Recruit and build a strong team to support branch expansion and project delivery.
- Foster a culture of performance, accountability, and collaboration.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and statutory compliance.
- Maintain quality standards across project execution and logistics operations.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Engineering.
- MBA or Postgraduate qualification in Business Management is preferred.
- 12–18 years of experience in the construction, formwork, scaffolding, or building systems industry.
- Minimum 5–7 years in a senior leadership or branch management role.
- Proven experience in business development and managing large construction projects.
