Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Deputy Sales Manager role based in Udaipur. The Deputy Sales Manager will oversee and manage sales activities to achieve business growth objectives. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, leading the sales team to meet targets, engaging with partners, and ensuring the satisfaction of clients and stakeholders. The role requires fostering strong relationships with customers and maintaining a deep understanding of the insurance market to identify new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and business development skills, with the ability to strategize and execute sales plans effectively.
- Strong team leadership, coordination, and communication skills to drive team performance.
- Analytical and decision-making abilities for understanding market trends and solving sales challenges.
- Customer-centric approach with experience in client servicing and relationship management.
- Familiarity with the insurance industry, particularly life insurance, is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using sales tools and maintaining detailed sales reports is beneficial.
- Adaptable, proactive, and capable of working in an on-site environment.
