Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager, located in Mumbai. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, achieving business targets, and delivering excellent customer service. Key tasks include leading and managing a team, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, ensuring compliance with regulations, nurturing client relationships, and identifying growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will also focus on maintaining efficient branch performance and cultivating a customer-first approach.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills to effectively lead and inspire branch staff
- Strong sales, business development, and customer relationship management abilities
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills to drive operational excellence and growth
- Knowledge of financial products, regulatory compliance, and operational processes within financial services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, employees, and stakeholders
- Proficiency in using financial software tools and MS Office applications
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is preferred
- Prior experience in branch management or a similar role in the financial services sector is highly desirable
