About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Chennai branch operations. This role is ideal for a strong leader with experience in sales, business development, customer relationship management, and branch operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading high-performing teams, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Manage complete branch operations
✔ Lead, coach, and motivate the sales and support teams
✔ Achieve branch sales and revenue targets
✔ Develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
✔ Build and maintain strong client relationships
✔ Monitor branch performance and prepare management reports
✔ Manage branch budgets and operational planning
✔ Coordinate with technical and support teams for successful project delivery
✔ Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
✔ Implement process improvements to enhance productivity
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
3–8 years of experience in Branch Management, Sales Management, Business Development, or Operations
Strong leadership and people management skills
Experience managing branch operations, sales teams, and service delivery
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong customer relationship management (CRM) skills
Experience in Advertising, Digital Marketing, Telecom, SaaS, IT Services, Bulk SMS, WhatsApp Business API, or related industries is preferred
Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Mobile Messaging Platforms, Bulk SMS, WhatsApp Business API, RCS Messaging, and API Integration is an advantage
Must be able to work full-time on-site in Anna Nagar, Chennai
Candidates residing within commuting distance of Anna Nagar will be preferred
