Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager position located in Patna. As a Branch Manager, you will oversee daily branch operations, manage a team to achieve enrollment targets, ensure high-quality academic and administrative services, and handle customer queries and concerns. You will play an integral role in implementing corporate strategies, driving local initiatives, analyzing market trends, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively.
- Proficiency in analyzing sales and operational metrics along with an analytical mindset.
- Proven ability in customer relationship management, resolving complaints, and providing excellent service.
- Good understanding of educational services, local market trends, and academic management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal capabilities.
- Relevant prior experience in a similar managerial role; experience in education or training sectors is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, education, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
