Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager Agency at our location in West Bengal, India. The Branch Manager will oversee the branch operations to ensure efficiency and profitability, manage and mentor the sales team, and handle customer relationship management. The responsibilities include achieving business targets, monitoring team performance, ensuring compliance with company policies, and driving sales growth within the assigned region. The candidate will act as a key representative of Care Insurance in the local market, developing strategies to expand the business and enhance customer satisfaction.

- Sales and Business Development: Proven skills in managing sales targets, client acquisition, and strategic growth within a competitive market.
- Leadership and Team Management: Experience supervising, motivating, and mentoring sales teams to achieve desired outcomes.
- Customer Relationship Management: Strong understanding of customer needs with a focus on delivering exceptional service and establishing long-term relationships.
- Planning and Compliance: Skills in operational planning, policy adherence, and ensuring that branch activities align with company guidelines and objectives.

- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, commerce, or related field; MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
