Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive sales of computer and networking products, and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, technical understanding of IT hardware and networking solutions, and a proven track record in business development and team management.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Drive sales targets for computer and networking devices such as routers, switches, servers, and firewalls, along with AV (Audio Visual) solutions and cybersecurity products.
· Identify new business opportunities, clients, and channel partners
· Build and maintain relationships with key clients, vendors, and distributors
· Conduct regular market analysis and competitor monitoring
Operations & Administration
· Oversee day-to-day branch operations, logistics, and inventory management
· Ensure timely order processing, dispatch, and customer support
· Maintain stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain team
Team Management
· Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales executives, support engineers, and administrative staff
· Set performance goals, conduct reviews, and provide development support
· Ensure compliance with company policies, systems, and processes
Customer Service
· Address client queries, technical issues, and after-sales service requirements

Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
· 3+ years of similar profile experience in sales/operations, preferably in the IT hardware or networking industry
· Strong knowledge of computer peripherals, networking devices, and IT solutions
· Proven leadership and team management experience
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
· Proficiency in CRM, ERP, and MS Office tools
