Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager at RR Gold Palace in Bengaluru. The Branch Manager will oversee daily showroom operations, manage customer relationships, and ensure that sales targets are met. Responsibilities include supervising staff, implementing marketing strategies, maintaining inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role also involves fostering a supportive and engaging work environment for team members to thrive.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management abilities, with experience in supervising staff and fostering teamwork
- Sales and customer relationship management skills, with a focus on achieving targets and delivering excellent service
- Understanding of gold, diamond, platinum, and silver jewelry products and hallmarking
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English and local languages
- Proficiency in showroom operations, point-of-sale systems, and basic financial understanding
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the jewelry retail industry is an added advantage
