RR Gold Palace is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to oversee showroom operations and drive sales performance at our Bangalore locations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day showroom operations
- Drive sales targets and revenue growth
- Lead and support the sales team
- Ensure excellent customer service experience
- Monitor inventory and stock movement
- Maintain showroom standards and visual merchandising
Qualifications- 5 years of retail experience (jewellery industry experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and sales skills
- Experience in customer handling and team management
- Ability to communicate in Kannada is preferred
Job Details- Location: Bengaluru (Ulsoor / Yelahanka / Malleshwaram)
- Salary: Up to ₹70,000 per month
- Job Type: Full-time, On-site
