Role Description
The Branch Manager – Foreign Exchange will oversee and manage the branch's daily operations, focusing on the delivery of premium foreign exchange services. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction, attaining sales targets, handling foreign currency, and adhering to regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include staff management, operational efficiency, and maintaining strong financial discipline. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Foreign Exchange handling, including currency exchange operations and cross-border remittance
- Strong leadership and operational management skills, with experience in leading a team
- Sales and business development expertise, with a focus on achieving targets
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance in the foreign exchange domain
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- Proficient in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or equivalent qualifications preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with financial software systems
- Prior experience ( 2 - 4 Years) in the financial services or foreign exchange industry is an added advantage
