Role Description
The Branch Incharge will be responsible for managing the daily operations and performance of the Kozhikode branch for Medcity International Overseas Corporation. This on-site, full-time role includes overseeing staff, ensuring smooth workflows, achieving business targets, and maintaining excellent client satisfaction. Key tasks include supervising team activities, coordinating with the head office, implementing strategic goals, and upholding company standards in service delivery. The Branch Incharge will play a crucial role in fostering customer relationships and enhancing the branch's growth and reputation.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in operations management and streamlining workflows
