Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, Gujarat for a Branch Head overseeing operations in Surat. The Branch Head will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the branch, developing and leading a high-performing team, fostering client relationships, and driving business development strategies. Key responsibilities include overseeing financial performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, managing client engagements, and representing the firm in professional networks and community activities.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to coach and guide a diverse team
- Expertise in Corporate Finance, Transactions, and Consulting
- In-depth knowledge of Taxation, Regulatory Advisory, and compliance standards
- Strategic thinking and business development skills to drive growth
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in leveraging technology and data-driven insights for decision-making
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a leadership role in a professional services or consulting firm
- Advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field is highly preferred
