Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role, based in Ahmedabad, for a Branch Head Sales. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet business goals, managing client accounts, building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying growth opportunities in the market. You will also oversee the overall performance of the sales team, provide mentoring and guidance, and drive efforts to achieve revenue targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to build and execute effective sales strategies and meet revenue targets
- Experience in Team Management to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams
- Proficiency in Account Management to maintain and strengthen client relationships
- Excellent Analytical Skills for market analysis, identifying new opportunities, and data-driven decision-making
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively interact with clients and cross-functional teams
- A proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a managerial role
- Relevant experience in the consulting, business funding, or financial services domain is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
