We are looking for a dynamic Branch Head to lead end-to-end branch operations, manage large teams, and ensure seamless cash logistics services while maintaining the highest standards of security and compliance.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
✔ Manage overall branch operations (Cash-in-Transit, ATM replenishment, vault operations)
✔ Lead and handle large teams (operations staff, guards, drivers)
✔ Ensure SLA adherence and client satisfaction
✔ Maintain strict compliance with security and regulatory norms
✔ Drive operational efficiency, reporting, and cost control
🎯 What We’re Looking For
✅ Strong experience in operations / branch management
✅ Proven team handling & leadership skills
✅ Background in Logistics / BFSI / Cash Management / Retail Operations
✅ Ability to work in a high-pressure, process-driven environment
