Position: Branch Head : Kolhapur
Roles and Responsibilities:
∙ Overall responsibility of managing all transactions, compliance and KYC. ∙ This role will carry individual sales target
∙ Achieving monthly/Yearly Target of each product assigned
∙ Performance management of the branch staff through quality control and necessary training.
∙ Ensuring training module completion of the direct reports in a timely manner. ∙ Increasing the customer footfall by adding new customers and converting existing customers.
∙ Managing and controlling the documentation process related to branch operations with regards to customer and local authorities, Safe house management, document custody and retrieval.
∙ Primary custodian of shutter and safe keys
∙ Design and Develop appropriate branch processes whenever new product portfolios are enabled in the market by the organization.
∙ Ensure proper segregation of duties, develop and maintain work flows for all stages of branch operations.
∙ Assesses risks in all branch processes, review control effectiveness and improve processes for better customer experience as well as stronger risk management.
Job Purpose:
The position is accountable for driving growth of assigned job through proper planning, execution of strategy and activities depends upon the profile. Direct Reporting to Regional Head.
Qualification, Experience & Skills:
∙ Bachelor's Degree/Master’s Degree is preferred
∙ 5+ years of experience in our Gold Loan or Forex
∙ Good product and market knowledge
∙ Comfortable working under pressure in a dynamic environment
∙ Well versed with MS Excel and PowerPoint presentations
∙ Seek opportunities to improve service processes, minimize operational risk and reduce costs ∙ Knowledge of controlling and managing Branch P & L, analyse the same
