Job Description -

Manage and drive Agency channel business for the branch.
Responsible for recruitment and development of Agency Managers / Advisors.
Achieve branch sales targets and revenue goals.
Monitor advisor productivity and performance.
Provide training and motivation to the agency team.
Ensure policy issuance, persistency and compliance.
Build strong relationships with agency partners and advisors.
Track business MIS, reports and sales pipeline.

Candidate Requirement -

Experience in Life Insurance Agency Channel.
Team handling experience preferred.
Good knowledge of recruitment and advisor development.
Strong leadership and sales management skills.
