Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Head based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Branch Head will oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, manage and lead the branch team, and ensure sales targets are achieved. They will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, ensuring compliance with all company policies, and implementing effective strategies to drive business growth. Collaboration with internal departments and external stakeholders will be key to achieving business objectives.

- Experience in sales strategy, customer relationship management, and achieving business targets.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective business development strategies.

- Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is highly advantageous.
- Educational qualification in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
