Role Description The Branch Head is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida and Lucknow, responsible for leading branch operations and ensuring efficient delivery of insurance survey and loss assessment services. The role includes overseeing case assignments, monitoring progress of surveys, and ensuring timely, accurate reporting in line with regulatory and company standards. The Branch Head will manage and mentor branch team members, coordinate with insurance companies and clients, and handle escalations or complex claims. Daily tasks involve reviewing documentation, maintaining branch performance metrics, optimizing workflows, and supporting business development initiatives in the region. The role also requires maintaining compliance, upholding professional ethics, and fostering a collaborative and service-focused branch culture.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience supervising staff and overseeing branch-level operations.
- Knowledge of insurance claims, survey processes, and loss assessment methodologies, ideally within general insurance lines.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to review evidence, assess risk, and provide objective recommendations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in basic office software, report preparation, and documentation management; familiarity with digital claim systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and Lucknow, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and meet time-sensitive deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as insurance, finance, engineering, or commerce) and any required license for insurance surveyors and loss assessors.
- Prior experience in insurance surveying, claims management, or loss assessment, preferably in a supervisory or branch leadership role.
