Position: Branch Head
Business Unit: 2-Wheeler
Reporting To: General Manager
Role Objective:
The Branch Head will be responsible for driving branch-level sales, customer acquisition, and revenue
growth in the electric 2-wheeler segment. The role involves leading a team, ensuring smooth branch
operations, building strong dealer/customer relationships, and meeting sales and profitability targets
while promoting sustainable mobility solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
• Drive sales of 2W EVs to achieve monthly and annual branch targets.
• Develop and implement local sales strategies to penetrate the market.
• Identify and onboard new customers, dealers, and institutional buyers.
• Conduct local marketing activities, roadshows, test-ride events, and promotional campaigns.
2. Branch Operations
• Manage daily branch operations ensuring smooth sales and delivery processes.
• Oversee inventory, stock management, and coordination with supply chain.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
3. Team Leadership
• Lead, motivate, and monitor sales executives and front-line staff.
• Set clear sales goals, provide training, and drive performance.
• Foster a customer-centric culture across the branch team.
4. Customer Experience
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations effectively.
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels and take corrective actions.
• Promote adoption of EV technology by educating customers on features, benefits, and cost
savings.
5. Reporting & Analysis
• Prepare sales reports, MIS, and performance dashboards.
• Track competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance branch efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Graduate preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in sales & branch management, preferably in 2-
wheeler/automobile/electric vehicle sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.

• Branch sales achievement (monthly/annual).
• Customer satisfaction and retention rate.
