About the Role
Our client is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager to independently manage branch operations, business development, customer relationships, team performance, and overall profitability.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, operational discipline, client-handling ability, and experience in managing branch-level business activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete branch operations, including sales, service, execution, customer coordination, and administration.
- Develop new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Ensure smooth coordination between customers, internal teams, vendors, and management.
- Achieve branch sales targets, revenue goals, collection targets, and profitability objectives.
- Production and operations management
- Stake holder management
- Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of team members.
- Ensure timely execution of customer requirements and maintain high service standards.
- Handle client escalations, resolve operational issues, and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular MIS reports, sales reports, performance updates, and business forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational processes, and reporting systems.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
Candidate Profile
Graduate / Postgraduate in Engineering. Technical or management qualification will be an added advantage.
6–15 years of experience in branch management, sales, operations, or industrial service business.
Experience in packaging, industrial products packaging, Corrugated box manufacturing, will be preferred.
Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
Strong skill in reading drawings, solving production problems, development and operation issues
Ability to manage teams, targets, operations, and customer expectations independently.
Good communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Should be comfortable with field visits, client meetings, reporting, and branch-level ownership.
