Role Description
The Branch Head will oversee the operations and development of the Medcity International Academy center located in Chennai. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring active leadership to manage daily business activities, monitor staff performance, and implement strategies for achieving academic and operational excellence. The Branch Head will ensure that the highest quality training services are delivered, foster a positive learning environment, collaborate with the central management team, and identify avenues for growth. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with students, their families, and staff in order to effectively represent the institution.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively.
- Strategic planning and organizational skills for optimizing branch operations and growth.
- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management.
- Familiarity with training and coaching in language proficiency tests and professional assessments.
- Experience in educational management or similar roles, preferably in training institutions.
- Knowledge of academic programs, digital learning tools, and student engagement techniques.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in education, management, or a related field.
- Experience in the healthcare, education, or language training sectors is a plus.
