Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for the role of Branch Head, based in Mankachar. As a Branch Head, you will oversee branch operations to ensure efficient daily functioning and achievement of business objectives. Your responsibilities will include meeting sales targets, managing customer relations, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Additionally, the role requires identifying business growth opportunities, analyzing financial operations, and implementing strategic initiatives to increase revenue.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to supervise, motivate, and guide a diverse team.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze financial data, manage budgets, and contribute to profitability.
- Strategic planning, business development, and sales management experience to drive branch performance and achieve targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on maintaining customer relationships and delivering exceptional service.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges effectively.
- Familiarity with rural and semi-urban financial markets is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
