Branch Head - Calicut

Finledger Academy is looking for an experienced and result-driven Branch Manager to lead our Calicut branch and handle complete end-to-end operations.

Location: Calicut, Kerala

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Full-time | On-site)

Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years

Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end branch operations
• Lead and manage multiple departments:
• Trainers
• Operations
• Sales
• Marketing
• HR
• Drive admissions, revenue growth, and team performance
• Monitor daily operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Coordinate with trainers for quality delivery and scheduling
• Prepare performance reports and support management decisions

Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years experience as Branch Manager / Operations Manager / Centre Head
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Experience in education or training industry preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Target-oriented and ownership-driven mindset
