This is a full-time, on-site Branch Head role based in Cochin for Agency channel. The Branch Head will oversee branch operations, drive business development efforts, and manage a team to meet and exceed sales targets. Responsibilities include leading strategic initiatives, mentoring staff, fostering a customer-focused environment, and ensuring regulatory compliance within branch activities. Collaboration with regional and national teams to achieve business objectives will be a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to lead teams, mentor staff, and foster collaboration within branch settings.
- Business Development and Sales: Strong skills in driving sales growth, achieving targets, and developing effective strategies for customer acquisition.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing data, developing reports, and making decisions based on insights to improve branch performance.
- Customer Relationship Management: Expertise in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, with a focus on delivering superior service.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-centric approach in interactions.
- Experience in insurance or financial services is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required; MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
