JOB DESCRIPTION:
ABOVE PROFILES HAVE TO RECRUIT TEAM OF 6-10 MANAGERS ONROLL AND 5-10 ADO'S ON OFFROLL.
EDUCATION: DEGREE
SALARY: 6LACS TO 9LACS PER ANNUM
EXPERIENCE: 2-3 YRS PAYROLL TEAM LEADING EXPERIENCE OR 3-4 YRS AGENTS/PARTNER'S HANDLING EXPERIENCE.
1. Team Management
Recruit, train, and manage agents and sales staff
Motivate the team to achieve targets
Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews
2. Sales & Business Development
Drive sales through agents, POS, and direct channels
Develop strategies to increase market penetration
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
3. Agent Development
Support IRDA licensed agents and POS agents
Provide product training and sales guidance
Help agents improve conversions and earnings
