Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Borivali for the position of Branch Head at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance. The Branch Head will oversee branch operations, ensure achievement of sales targets, and lead the team to deliver exemplary customer service. Key responsibilities include managing relationships with clients and stakeholders, driving business growth, optimizing the performance of team members, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The role also involves analyzing market trends, planning sales strategies, and providing periodic reporting and performance updates.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead diverse teams towards achieving organizational goals.
- Strong sales and business development skills, including experience in client acquisition, customer retention, and revenue generation.
- Proficiency in operational management, ensuring adherence to compliance standards and effective branch administration.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills for market analysis and sales planning.
- Proven experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a significant advantage.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
