Role Description
The Branch Head will oversee the daily operations of the branch located in Hyderabad. This full-time, on-site role involves managing the branch team, driving business growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, achieving sales targets, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and operational standards. The Branch Head will develop strategies to enhance customer engagement, monitor financial performance indicators, and foster a high-performance culture within the team. Strong leadership and decision-making will be key to ensuring efficient branch operations and business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills to drive branch performance and ensure collaboration.
- Proven experience in sales, customer relationship management, and achieving financial targets.
- In-depth understanding of banking products, processes, and compliance regulations.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute plans for achieving business growth and operational excellence.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in financial and operational reporting, along with data-driven decision-making.
- Prior experience in a managerial role within the banking or financial services industry is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree and relevant certifications will be an advantage.
