Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Branch Head for our Defence Channel in Jalandhar. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing the branch's day-to-day operations. Key tasks include leading and motivating the sales team, developing and managing relationships with key stakeholders in the defence ecosystem, and driving the achievement of sales targets through innovative strategies. The Branch Head will also ensure compliance with company policies and contribute to long-term business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth and meet business targets.
- Proficiency in Account Management and Team Management to build effective client relationships and lead a high-performing team.
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate performance metrics and develop actionable insights.
- Proven leadership capabilities and the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
