Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Development Officer located in Betul. The Branch Development Officer will be responsible for driving branch growth by engaging in fundraising activities, building and nurturing relationships with clients, and fostering community involvement. This role involves identifying opportunities for philanthropic activities, conducting research to support development initiatives, and managing communication strategies to enhance outreach and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Fundraising and experience with Annual Giving programs
- Strong Communication skills and the ability to build relationships with individuals and communities
- Experience in Philanthropy and a passion for contributing to socio-economic development
- Research skills to identify funding opportunities and analyze market trends
- Relevant work experience in banking, development, or fundraising fields
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to achieve branch development goals
- Familiarity with local market dynamics and community engagement strategies is a plus
