Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Development Manager, located in Ajmer. The Branch Development Manager will oversee branch operations, drive business growth, and ensure the implementation of effective strategies for customer acquisition and retention. Responsibilities include formulating and executing business plans, mentoring sales teams, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations. The role requires frequent interaction with both team members and clients to achieve branch targets and goals.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee and guide branch staff effectively
- Experience in creating and implementing business development strategies and operational plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction and team collaboration
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and drive customer acquisition
- Knowledge of financial products and services, particularly vehicle and small business loans
- Proficiency in ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Flexibility to work on-site and manage operations efficiently
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Proven experience in branch management or similar roles is highly desirable
