Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Credit Manager, based in Tiruvallur. The Branch Credit Manager will be responsible for evaluating creditworthiness, managing credit risk, analyzing financial information, and approving or recommending loan applications based on robust credit assessments. The role includes ensuring compliance with credit policies, conducting risk reviews, and maintaining a healthy loan portfolio for the branch. This position requires collaboration with the sales and operations team to support business growth while maintaining credit quality.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Credit Management and Credit Risk Management to assess and monitor loan applications effectively.
- Proficiency in Financial Analysis and Credit evaluations to ensure sound decision-making.
- Developed Analytical Skills for reviewing financial data and assessing risk comprehensively.
- Ability to maintain adherence to organizational credit policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Educational qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or related fields; a professional certification such as CA, ICWA, or CFA is preferred.
- Relevant work experience in financial services or housing finance, particularly in credit analysis and management.
