Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Credit Manager, located in Ankleshwar. The Branch Credit Manager will oversee and evaluate credit applications, perform credit risk analyses, and manage approval processes for loans or credit disbursements. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with organizational policies, monitoring credit portfolios, working closely with the sales and risk management teams, and maintaining consistent credit quality. The role involves strategic decision-making to mitigate risks while supporting the branch's financial objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in Credit Management, including evaluating creditworthiness and ensuring adherence to organizational credit policies
- Proficiency in Credit Risk Management, with the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, evaluate credit scores, and provide strategic recommendations
- Understanding of Finance principles and practices, with working knowledge of financial documents and analysis
- Proficiency in handling Credit operations and loan/credit lifecycle management
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with teams and stakeholders
- Experience in the BFSI sector or related field is preferred
